We offer a variety of assessment tools and personalized feedback reports that can be used to enhance self-awareness and leadership development in work organizations.
Participants complete web-based, self-reflection questionnaires and then receive personal feedback reports on their cultural intelligence capabilities, with guidelines for thinking about the feedback and using it to enhance their learning.
Programs can also be set up to provide program administrators with overall feedback on the whole group of participants.
